ReportLink™ Site Issues Notification Program
While servicing customer locations, BFC service technicians also identify and report any specific site equipment issues or concerns present at the location. Site issues commonly reported include: frozen evaporator coils, broken belts, hail damage, roof damage, standing water, broken condensate drain lines, and as well as other pertinent issues requiring further action. All documented information is relayed to the customer through the BFC Program Management team in our site issues notification program, ReportLink™. Upon submission from the technician, notifications are provided to the customer by the next business day.
The Program Management team also prepares a monthly ReportLink™ summary for each of our customers. This report is comprised of a summation of all site issues for the service month, a service summary, and a customer service schedule. The service summary includes a list of all stores serviced in the previous month. The customer service schedule includes a list of all sites and their projected service dates. ReportLink™ is included with all BFC services at no additional cost.
