Virtually Eliminates Air Bypass
Our patented system STOPS dirt from going between and/or around the filter because 100% of the filter tracks have the proper filter media effectively sealing the equipment.

The enemy of air filtration is air bypass.
- Pleated filter efficiency decreases by 20% to 50% because of AIR BYPASS.
- BYPASS completely negates the added efficiency gained from dust loading.
In other words, a filter is supposed to become more efficient as it loads up with dirt. If you have bypass in your system… that’s not happening.
This level of BYPASS is extremely common. Often, the amount of BYPASS is greater and more problematic.
The PleatLink® is designed to “over-fill” the filter track.
By doing so, the PleatLink® stops the dirt and mold from BYPASSING the filter.
The PleatLink® is also designed to be extra long on either side of the filter bank.
Again, this key feature stops air BYPASS on either side of the filter bank and helps eliminate the common build-up of contamination on the coil.
